CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD
Makes 1 loaf
INGREDIENTS:
1 box Krusteaz Cranberry Orange Muffin Mix
½ cup vegetable or canola oil
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350° (325° for dark pans). Grease one 9x5x3-inch loaf pan and line bottom
with parchment paper. NOTE: If using store-bought disposable pans, measure and if slightly
less than 9x5x3, adjust cooking time to add slightly more time since they will be thicker.
Stir together water, oil, eggs, and muffin mix until blended. Gently stir undrained cranberries
(provided in mix) into batter. Spread batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
NOTE: If using store-bought disposable pans, measure and if slightly less than 9x5x3, adjust
cooking time to add slightly more time since they will be thicker.
Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan, and move to a wire rack.
Cool completely and wrap in plastic wrap. Label bread type.
