Help us to prepare for our fantastic market by joining the Set Up Team! With the market spread throughout the entire campus (in EVERY building!!) - we would appreciate extra help getting things set up and ready for the market!
VENDOR CHECK-IN
Join us as we welcome and assist our fantastic market vendors as they arrive to set up for the market! We'll welcome them, share information packets and help them to be prepared for a great weekend!
BAKE SHOP SET UP TEAM
Help us to prepare and set up for our amazing Bake Shop! We’ll be preparing and packaging delicious donated treats and getting the Bake Shop spaces set up and ready for the market!
SILENT AUCTION SET UP TEAM
Help us to prepare and set up for our fabulous Silent Auction! We'll be arranging tables, decorating, and setting up our amazing auction items! (P.S. You'll be one of the first to have a sneak peek at the awesome items, how exciting!!)

WELCOME TEAM
Join us to create a warm and welcoming experience at the market by being a part of the Welcome Team! We'll be greeting shoppers and helping to share information about the market! This is a great opportunity to serve together as a family! Let’s be honest - Who wouldn’t love getting a warm welcome from a sweet kiddo - right?!
SILENT AUCTION TEAM
Assist market attendees at the Silent Auction by helping to share about our great items, and helping them to place their bids! We're excited to offer our Silent Auction online this year - so technology skills (or eagerness to learn) would be helpful for this position!
BAKE SHOP TEAM
Looking for a SWEET way to serve? Join the Bake Shop Team and help to prepare, package and serve some delicious treats to our market attendees! (As an added bonus, you’ll get to enjoy the amazing smell of tasty treats the entire time!!)

CLEAN UP TEAM
Let's be honest - The Clean Up Team might not sound like the most *exciting* team... but it IS one of the MOST important ones! After hosting a fantastic campus-wide market, and welcoming THOUSANDS of people onto our campus - we could use some help cleaning up! Join the Clean Up Team to help with clean up, moving furniture, and resetting classrooms and spaces to be ready for Sunday morning! (P.S. We might even have some fun planned exclusively for the Clean Up Team!!)
